How to create personalized elf images – for your kids!

Here is everything you need to make your own magical elf and Santa images using AI, with your kids’ names or personal messages 🙂

Microsoft Bing Image Creator

There are a number of different AI image generating tools you can use, like Chat GPT, Meta AI and Canva, but for me Microsoft Bing Image Creator has been the most successful I’ve tried. You can use it on your phone and there is a website, so no need for an app.

To get started, just choose what type of image you want to make and copy the prompt (image description) below the example photo.

You won’t get exactly the same image, but similar images with the same elements. Usually it takes a few tries to get it right, just click on the button a few times until you get an image that you like.

One name at a time work best, two works with a bit of patience and three names might work sometime.

Put the name inside ” ” to help with the spelling, sometime writing with BIG LETTERS can help too.

The shorter message the better! Try to limit yourself to 1-4 words. It’s not impossible to have more, but it will be much more difficult to get the spelling right.
